One of our goals for 2018 is to complete a food handler’s training course so that we can legally sell homemade food items to local customers. In the fall we plan to offer our Texas native pecans and pecan products.  Additionally, one of the children is becoming quite proficient at baking and may soon have products available for local sale. Next summer, we would like to offer our homemade mustang grape jelly to the public after having spent these last two years testing our recipe. Last but certainly not least is our honey.
